dr. kevin ballard
audiologist & owner
Dr. Kevin Ballard was born and raised in Texas but has enjoyed living in the Midwest for the past twenty years. His initial pursuit in audiology was in research, but he discovered he liked clinical work and has been in practice for thirty years. He worked at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City for nine years before moving to Quincy in 1999 and was with McIntee ENT Center prior to organizing Quincy Audiology. He received his Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology. Dr. Ballard is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and is a member of the Illinois Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Ballard enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, sailing at Mark Twain Lake, reading, and finding good venues for food, music, and fine arts.
Dr. Mandy Wand audiologist
Dr. Mandy Wand was born and raised in Quincy, Illinois. She completed her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from Illinois State University. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is licensed in both Illinois and Missouri. Dr. Wand enjoys performing diagnostic testing and fitting amplification. Her goal is to offer solutions to provide her patients with a better quality of life. Aside from her professional commitments, she enjoys walking and spending time with her husband and four children.
Dr. hannah mahon audiologist
Dr. Hannah Mahon was born and raised in Payson, Illinois. She completed her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from Illinois State University. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Mahon's clinical interests include pediatric and adult diagnostics, audiological rehabilitation, educational audiology, and hearing loss prevention. She provides educational audiology services for the Adams County Public Schools. In addition to her career, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoor adventures, and playing music.

Mandy Mesecher worked for Dr. Ballard at McIntee ENT Center and moved with him to Quincy Audiology in 2012 when he decided to open his own practice. She lives in Canton, Missouri with her daughter Claire. When she is not managing the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and friends.
Luan clampitt

Luan Clampitt worked for Dr. Ballard at McIntee ENT Center and joined Quincy Audiology in 2013. Luan is a Certified Medical Assistant and has fifteen years of management experience. She is a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist (COHC) recognized by the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation. She lives in Golden, Illinois and has two children and four grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and bowling.
