Patient Portal

Within the patient portal, you have access to existing appointments, scheduling appointments, documents, invoices, and more. In order to register for the patient portal, you must have a usable email address. Additionally, the first time you login to register, you will be asked to provide a registration code. Please call our office at 217-223-0204 and we will provide you with your unique registration code.
